5. Seven-Day Exchange Policy
Exchange requests must ordinarily be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

2. After Seven Days: Routine exchange requests will not ordinarily be accepted after the 7-day period. Routine returns for reasons such as a change of mind will not be accepted after this period, subject to applicable law.
