• Name and Phone Number — For account registration (verified via OTP)

• UPI ID — For commission payout transfers

• Order History — Records of orders placed and commissions earned

• Wallet Transactions — Top-ups, bookings, withdrawals, and related activity

• Payment Proof — Screenshots or references submitted for manual wallet top-ups

• Shop Slug — Your unique reseller shop URL

• Device and Usage Data — Browser type, IP address, and pages visited (for analytics and security)

We use collected data for the following purposes:

• Processing orders and tracking delivery status

• Calculating commissions and crediting your wallet

• Sending payouts to your registered UPI ID

• Verifying and approving manual wallet top-up requests

• Maintaining account security and preventing fraud

• Improving the platform and providing customer support

• Sending important updates and notifications (SMS/WhatsApp)

Different payment flows apply depending on the transaction type:

• Membership fees and customer shop prepaid orders are processed through secure third-party payment gateways

• Wallet top-ups are made via manual bank transfer or UPI; we store payment proof and transaction references you submit for admin verification

• We do not store card numbers, CVV, or net banking credentials on our servers

• Payment gateway providers process card and UPI data under their own PCI-DSS compliant and RBI-regulated infrastructure

• We retain wallet and payout records as required for accounting, dispute resolution, and legal compliance

We do not sell your personal information. Data is shared only in the following circumstances:

• Delivery Partners — Name, address, and phone number required to ship orders

• Payment Processors — For membership and customer prepaid checkout processing

• Legal Requirements — When required by court order, law enforcement, or applicable regulation

We do not share or sell your data to marketing companies or unrelated third parties.

We use basic cookies and local storage to keep the platform functional:

• Session Storage — To maintain your login state

• Analytics — To understand page views and usage patterns (aggregated and anonymised where possible)

We take the following measures to protect your information:

• HTTPS encryption for all communication with the platform

• Database access controls and server-side security policies

• OTP-based authentication — no password storage on our systems

• API keys and secrets kept server-side — never exposed in client code

No system is 100% secure, but we follow industry best practices to safeguard your data.

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access — View your account data from your dashboard

• Correction — Update your name, UPI ID, and profile details from your profile page

• Deletion — Request account deletion by emailing info@hafcoetail.com

• Data Export — Request a copy of your data; we will provide it in CSV format where applicable

After account deletion, personal data is permanently removed within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements for financial records.

• Active accounts: Data is retained while your account remains active

• Inactive accounts: May be deleted after 2 years of inactivity

• Transaction records: Retained for up to 7 years for GST and legal compliance

• Deleted accounts: Personal data removed within 30 days; financial records retained for up to 7 years as required by law

Hindustan Factory is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age.

If you are under 18, please do not use this platform.

If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.
