Hindustan Factory (www.hindustanfactory.in) is a social commerce reseller platform that connects resellers directly with suppliers of ethnic wear and Indian fashion products.

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. By using the platform, you agree to be bound by all terms set out below.

To use the platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• Age: You must be 18 years of age or older

• Nationality: You must be a resident of India

• Phone: You must have a valid Indian mobile number

• Intent: You must use the platform for genuine reselling purposes — fake or fraudulent orders are not permitted

Accounts belonging to individuals under 18 years of age will be terminated immediately upon discovery.

• Registration is completed through phone OTP verification

• Only one account may be registered per phone number

• You may not transfer or share your account with any other person

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account — do not share your OTP with anyone

• Providing false or misleading information may result in account termination

The following membership plan is available:

• Pro Plan — Offer ₹299 (regular price ₹999, one-time): Access to the full product catalog, your own shop page, priority support, and commission on delivered orders

Important: Membership fees are non-refundable. Once payment is completed, no refund will be issued.

Membership terms and pricing may change in the future — existing members will receive prior notice of any material changes.

Hindustan Factory uses a prepaid wallet system for reseller bookings and order fulfilment:

• Wallet top-ups are made via manual bank transfer or UPI to the company account shown in your dashboard

• After payment, you must submit proof of transfer; admin approval is required before funds are credited to your wallet

• Wallet balance may only be used within the platform — it cannot be withdrawn as cash at a point of sale

• Wallet balance already applied to a booking is non-refundable

• Unused wallet balance may be withdrawn via a payout request (minimum ₹100), subject to admin approval

• We may freeze wallet balances in cases of suspected fraud or manipulation

• Products are booked from the catalog — booking cost is deducted from your wallet balance

• Free Period: Each booking includes 3 free days

• Rent: After 3 days, a rent charge of ₹0.30 per unit per day applies

• After releasing a booking, the product becomes available to book again after 24 hours

• Booking rent charges are non-refundable

• Booking limits may apply based on stock availability

• End customers place orders through your reseller shop link

• The supplier ships directly to the customer's delivery address

• COD Orders: Cash on Delivery — payment is collected at the time of delivery

• Prepaid Orders: Online payment at checkout — processed immediately upon successful payment

• Typical delivery time is 5–7 business days (may vary by location)

• Resellers can track order status from their dashboard

• For delivery issues, the reseller should coordinate with the supplier and platform support

• Commission = Price charged to the customer − Reseller price

• Commission is credited only when an admin marks the order as Delivered

• Commission is not credited while an order is in Processing or Shipped status

• If an order is returned after delivery, the credited commission may be reversed from your wallet

• The commission amount is fixed at the time of booking and does not change thereafter

• Resellers may set a custom selling price above the reseller price to increase their commission

• Payout requests may be submitted when your wallet balance is at least ₹100

• Payouts are processed manually via UPI — admin approval is required

• Processing time: up to 7 business days from approval

• Only one pending payout request is permitted at a time

• Your UPI ID must be correct — we are not responsible for transfers sent to incorrect details

• Applicable tax deductions (such as TDS) may apply — you are responsible for filing your tax returns

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or termination:

• Fake Orders — Placing fraudulent orders to earn commission

• Manipulation — Exploiting the system, abusing refunds, or chargeback fraud

• Spam — Sending unsolicited messages or unauthorised promotional content

• Multiple Accounts — Creating more than one account with the same phone number

• Illegal Products — Selling copyright-infringing, counterfeit, or otherwise illegal items

• Impersonation — Impersonating Hindustan Factory, Hafco Etail Pvt Ltd, or any other party

We may terminate any account without prior notice if:

• These terms are violated

• Fraudulent activity is detected

• The platform is abused or misused

• We are required to do so by law or a regulatory authority

Upon termination, any unused wallet balance will be returned within 7 business days, except in cases involving fraud.

Hindustan Factory and Hafco Etail Pvt Ltd are not liable for:

• Delivery delays or shipping issues (responsibility of the supplier or courier partner)

• Product quality disputes (to be resolved with the supplier)

• Losses arising from internet or network connectivity issues

• Third-party payment gateway failures

• Non-payment by customers (including COD non-acceptance)

Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed ₹10,000 or your membership fee paid in the preceding 3 months, whichever is lower.

• The Hindustan Factory platform name, logo, and design are our intellectual property

• You may use the platform solely for authorised reselling activities

• Product images and descriptions may only be used for your Hindustan Factory shop

• You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the platform without written consent

• These terms are governed by the laws of India

• Jurisdiction: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India

• Disputes should first be raised amicably by email at info@hafcoetail.com

• If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be subject to the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra

• For consumer disputes, you may also approach the appropriate Consumer Forum

• We may update these terms at any time

• Material changes will be communicated at least 15 days in advance via SMS or WhatsApp

• Updated terms take effect upon publication on the platform

• Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms

• If you do not agree with updated terms, you may request account deletion
