By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from Vibe & Stitch, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. Eligibility and Account Terms
Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian to make a purchase.
Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password and for restricting access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
Accurate Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate registration and purchase information.
2. Product Specifications & Customizations
We strive to accurately display the colors, designs, and details of our apparel, including our Salwar Suits and Western dresses.
Color Variation: Actual product colors may vary slightly due to device screen settings, photographic lighting, or dye-lot variations in fabrics.
Sizing & Fit: Detailed size charts are provided for both ethnic and Western clothing lines. Please consult the sizing guide prior to order placement to ensure the proper fit.
Custom Stitching / Tailoring: Items ordered with custom alterations or custom stitching services are tailored specifically to provided customer measurements and are final sale unless defective.

Pricing & Currency
All prices are listed inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.
Order Acceptance
Receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including product unavailability or pricing errors.
Payment Processing
Payments must be made via authorized payment methods (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, Digital Wallets). Orders will only be processed upon successful payment authorization.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or prior to dispatch, whichever occurs first. Custom stitched or personalized items cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Processing Time: Ready-to-wear garments are generally dispatched within 2–4 business days. Custom stitched or made-to-order garments may require additional processing time as indicated on the product page.
Delivery Estimates: Delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates. Vibe & Stitch is not liable for minor delays caused by courier logistics, customs clearance, or natural events beyond our control.
Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss for all products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier/courier service.
5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Return Window: Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags and packaging intact may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom-stitched garments, altered apparel, intimate wear, clearance items, and final sale items are ineligible for return or exchange unless a manufacturing defect or damaged shipment occurs.
Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection of the returned merchandise.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content available on the Vibe & Stitch platform—including text, graphics, logos, images, dress designs, banners, and software—is the exclusive property of Vibe & Stitch or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Reproduction or unauthorized use without written permission is strictly prohibited.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our site or services for any unlawful purpose, to impersonate any individual or entity, to infringe upon our intellectual property, or to submit false, misleading, or malicious code that disrupts site operations.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vibe & Stitch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, our services or products.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable legal jurisdiction. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase shall be resolved through binding arbitration or appropriate court jurisdiction.
