TERMS & CONDITIONS — N MART

1. About N Mart
N Mart sells ethnic wear through its shop hosted on Hindustan Factory.

These terms apply to purchases from N Mart. Applicable platform terms also govern services provided by Hindustan Factory. Nothing in these terms removes or restricts your statutory consumer rights.
2. Eligibility and customer information
Orders must be placed by an adult legally capable of entering into a contract. Please provide accurate contact and delivery details and check the product, size, quantity and address before confirming an order.
Do not use the shop for fraudulent transactions or misuse another person’s personal or payment information.
3. Product information
Please review the product description, fabric details, size chart, quantity and care instructions before purchasing. Accessories shown in photographs are included only when expressly stated in the listing.
Colours may appear slightly different because of lighting or screen settings. This does not excuse delivery of a materially different, defective or incorrectly described product.
N Mart operates as a reseller. Products may be supplied and dispatched directly by suppliers through Hindustan Factory. Our shop tagline does not mean that N Mart manufactures every product.
4. Prices and payments
Prices are displayed in Indian rupees unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges and any other payable charges must be disclosed before you confirm the purchase.
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Never disclose your UPI PIN, card PIN, CVV or banking password to N Mart support.
If a material pricing or listing error affects your order, we will inform you and offer a corrected order for your agreement or cancellation with a refund of any amount paid. We will not impose an additional charge without your agreement.
5. Order confirmation and availability
An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your request. Acceptance is confirmed through the order confirmation provided by the shop or platform, subject to stock availability and payment verification.
If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will inform you promptly and arrange a refund of amounts paid for the unfulfilled order. Substitutions require your agreement.
6. Shipping and delivery
Delivery availability, charges and estimated timelines will be shown before purchase or confirmed when the order is accepted. Estimated dates may be affected by location, courier availability or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
For delays, missing parcels or delivery problems, contact N Mart with your order number. We will coordinate with the platform, supplier or courier to help resolve the issue. Your applicable rights concerning non-delivery or delayed delivery remain unaffected.
7. Cancellations
To request cancellation, contact us promptly with your order number. Whether an order can be stopped depends on its processing and dispatch status and the cancellation conditions disclosed before purchase.
Any cancellation charge must have been disclosed in advance and must comply with applicable law. If we cancel an order that cannot be fulfilled, amounts paid for that order will be refunded.
8. Returns, exchanges and refunds
As per Rules of Hindustan Factory.
9. Care and use
Follow the care instructions supplied with the garment. Damage caused by washing, alteration or use contrary to those instructions may affect a voluntary return request. This does not remove remedies for an existing defect or inaccurate product description.

We will acknowledge consumer complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month of receipt, in accordance with applicable requirements.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue and your preferred resolution. You retain the right to approach the appropriate consumer authority or other competent forum.
11. Applicable law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Nothing here restricts your right to seek a remedy before a court or consumer commission having jurisdiction under applicable law.
We may update these terms for future purchases. Changes will not retrospectively reduce your rights under an order already accepted.
