Eligibility
To use the platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• Nationality: You must be a resident of India
• Phone: You must have a valid Indian mobile number
Accounts belonging to individuals under 18 years of age will be terminated immediately upon discovery.
Account Registration
• Registration is completed through phone OTP verification
• Only one account may be registered per phone number
• You may not transfer or share your account with any other person
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account — do not share your OTP with anyone
• Providing false or misleading information may result in account termination
• COD Orders: Cash on Delivery — payment is collected at the time of delivery
• Prepaid Orders: Online payment at checkout — processed immediately upon successful payment
