1. Introduction
Welcome to AnSayé Collections. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our online store and the purchase of products offered through it.
By browsing our store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.
AnSayé Collections operates as a reseller through the Hindustan Factory reseller program. Product availability, fulfilment, shipping, payment processing, and after-sales services may depend on the applicable platform and supplier arrangements.
2. Products and Descriptions
We offer women's ethnic wear and related fashion products, which may include:
- Kurtis and kurta sets
- Sarees
- Lehengas
- Other ethnic and festive wear
- Accessories or other products listed in our store
We aim to display product descriptions, images, sizes, colours, and prices as accurately as possible. Actual colours may vary depending on screen settings and lighting. Minor variations in appearance, packaging, or fabric details may occur.
Product availability is subject to confirmation by the relevant supplier or platform.
3. Pricing and Orders
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR), unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, or other fees will be disclosed where relevant before an order is completed.
Placing an order constitutes a request to purchase the selected products. Orders are subject to availability, price accuracy, payment confirmation, and acceptance under the applicable reseller process.
If a product becomes unavailable or a material pricing error is identified, we will follow the applicable platform procedure and communicate any necessary cancellation or refund.
4. Payments
Customers may use the payment methods made available at checkout, which may include prepaid payment methods or Cash on Delivery, where supported.
Orders and payments must comply with the applicable payment provider and Hindustan Factory procedures. Orders may not be processed until the required payment or order confirmation has been received.
Customers must provide accurate billing and delivery details. We will never ask customers to disclose their UPI PIN, banking password, or OTP through an unsolicited message.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are fulfilled through the applicable supplier, platform, or logistics partner.
Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary due to the delivery location, supplier availability, logistics delays, weather, public holidays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers should ensure that the delivery address and contact number are accurate and that someone is available to receive the shipment where required.
Once an order is placed, delivery updates may be provided through the channels supported by the platform.
6. Cancellations
Cancellation requests are subject to the applicable Hindustan Factory and supplier procedures.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order. An order that has already been processed, dispatched, or shipped may not be cancellable.
Any approved cancellation and associated refund will be handled according to the applicable order and platform rules.
7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to the applicable platform and supplier policy.
Customers should inspect their order promptly upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide the order details and supporting photographs where appropriate.
Return eligibility, deadlines, product condition requirements, pickup arrangements, and refund timelines will depend on the applicable policy.
Products may be ineligible for return or exchange in circumstances permitted by the applicable policy or law. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions removes any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.
8. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete order information.
- Use the store for lawful purposes.
- Avoid fraudulent orders, payment misuse, or abuse of return and refund procedures.
- Treat customer service representatives and delivery personnel respectfully.
- Keep order confirmations and relevant transaction details for reference.
We reserve the right to refer suspected fraud or unlawful activity to the relevant platform or authorities, as permitted by law.
9. Product Availability and Supplier Dependence
As a reseller, AnSayé Collections may rely on third-party suppliers and the Hindustan Factory platform for stock information, product fulfilment, and logistics.
We cannot guarantee continuous availability of every product. Where an order cannot be fulfilled, we will follow the applicable cancellation, communication, and refund process.
10. Intellectual Property
Store content, including the AnSayé Collections name, logo, original text, graphics, and other original branding elements, may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Customers may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially use our original branding or content without appropriate permission.
Third-party product images, trademarks, and materials remain subject to their respective owners' rights.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, AnSayé Collections is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including third-party platform outages or logistics delays.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including applicable consumer protection rights.
12. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Relevant order information may be shared with the platform, suppliers, payment providers, and delivery partners as necessary to process and fulfil orders.

13. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms & Conditions when our business, platform arrangements, or legal obligations change. Updated terms will be published with a revised effective date.
Changes will not remove rights that customers are entitled to under applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions are subject to the laws of India. Disputes will be addressed through applicable customer support, grievance, and legal procedures. Any jurisdiction provision will operate subject to applicable law and consumer rights.
