These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of the Docho Clothings page/website.

1. General Conditions

• Modifications: We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
• Service Availability: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
2. Products and Pricing
• Product Descriptions: We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, textures, and details of our ethnic wear, sarees, kurtas, and fusion dresses. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be perfectly accurate.
• Handcrafted Variations: Since many of our products involve artisanal and traditional craftsmanship (such as block printing, embroidery, and weaving), slight variations in pattern and color are normal and are hallmarks of authentic ethnic clothing.
• Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of a product.
3. Orders and Payments
• Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
• Payment Security: We use secure, encrypted third-party payment gateways to process your transactions. We do not store your credit/debit card information on our servers.
• Inaccuracies: In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price.
4. Shipping and Delivery
• Dispatch Times: We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 (two) to 3 (three) business days. Custom or tailored items may require additional processing time, which will be specified on the product page.
• Delays: Delivery timelines are estimates. Docho Clothings is not liable for delays caused by our courier partners, customs clearance, or unforeseen weather/logistical issues.
5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
• Return Policy: We accept returns and exchanges within 7 (seven) days of the delivery date. The clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags and packaging intact.
• Non-Returnable Items: Customized outfits, tailored suits, and sale items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
• Process: To initiate a return, please contact our support team. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 15 (fifteen) business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
6. Intellectual Property
• All content included on this site, such as the Docho brand name, logos, text, graphics, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of Docho Clothings and is protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, or copy any material from this site without our express written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
• In no case shall Docho Clothings, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of the service or any products procured using the service.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
• These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
• Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gangtok, Sikkim.
