SEEA GROUPS offers product exchanges under the terms below. This page covers exchanges only (not cash refunds).

1. Exchange window

You may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. Requests after 7 days are not eligible.

2. When exchange is allowed

Wrong size or colour delivered (subject to stock)
Defective / damaged product
Wrong item shipped versus what was ordered

3. Conditions

Product must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging
Proof of order and clear photos/video of the issue may be required
Exchange is subject to availability of the replacement size/colour/product

4. How to request

Contact us within 7 days of delivery using the details below
Share order ID, issue details, and photos
If approved, follow the pickup/return instructions we share
Replacement is arranged after verification

5. Shipping for exchanges

Return/exchange shipping charges depend on the case. For confirmed wrong or defective items, we typically arrange reverse pickup. Size-change requests may attract courier charges as communicated at approval.

6. What is not covered

Change of mind after 7 days
Used, washed, altered, or damaged-by-customer products
Free gifts / non-returnable items marked at purchase
