Welcome to Meherika. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Products
- All products displayed by Meherika are subject to availability.
- Product colors may appear slightly different due to photography, lighting, and individual screen settings.
- Product descriptions, sizes, and measurements should be checked carefully before placing an order.
2. Orders & Payments
- An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment/order confirmation.
- Meherika reserves the right to cancel an order in case of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate name, address, phone number, and other delivery details.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are generally delivered across India within 5–7 business days through courier services.
- Delivery times may vary because of weekends, public holidays, weather, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier, delivery-related delays may depend on the courier service.
4. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Exchange is available only for damaged or incorrect products.
- Customers must contact Meherika via WhatsApp to initiate an exchange.
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
- Customers may be required to provide clear photographs/videos of the product and packaging for verification.
- Exchange approval is subject to verification by Meherika.
5. Refund Policy
- Meherika does not offer refunds.
- Only eligible exchanges for damaged or incorrect products will be considered within the stated 7-day period.
6. Authenticity
- All products sold by Meherika are represented as 100% original and sourced directly from Hindustan Factory.
7. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing correct delivery information.
- Checking the product and size details before ordering.
- Being available to receive the shipment.
- Following the exchange procedure within the specified timeframe.
8. Changes to Terms
Meherika reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective once posted on our website or official store channels.
