Welcome to Pehrav (referred to below as "the Store", "we", "us", or "our"). By visiting our physical storefront, browsing our collections, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing any transaction.
1. General Conditions
- By purchasing from Pehrav, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions.
- We reserve the right to refuse service, limit quantities, or cancel orders at our sole discretion if we suspect unauthorized, fraudulent, or illegal activity.
2. Pricing and Product Information
- Pricing Accuracy: We make every effort to display correct pricing on our garments and tags. In the rare event of a typographical error or mispricing, we reserve the right to correct the price before finalizing the sale.
- Color and Fabric Variance: Because many of our garments involve traditional dyes, hand-weaving, or intricate embellishments, slight variations in color, texture, and embroidery are natural characteristics of the craft and are not considered manufacturing defects.
3. Payment Terms
- We accept payments via Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, and approved digital wallets.
- All purchases must be paid for in full at the time of checkout.
- Title and ownership of the goods pass to the customer only after full payment is successfully processed.
4. Exchange and Return Policy
- Timeframe: Exchanges are permitted within 7 days from the original date of purchase, accompanied by the original cash memo/bill.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags intact.
- Non-Exchangeable Items: For hygiene and preservation reasons, customized garments, altered items, and festive/bridal wear sold during clearance sales are considered final sale and cannot be exchanged.
- Refunds: We do not offer cash refunds. Approved returns will be issued in the form of store credit or an immediate product exchange of equal value.
5. Alteration Services
- If the Store provides in-house alteration services, measurements will be taken and confirmed with the customer beforehand.
- Once a garment is altered according to the agreed-upon specifications, it cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded under any circumstances.
- We are not responsible for fitting issues arising from changes in user measurements after the final alteration fitting.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Pehrav will not be liable for any damage to the garments resulting from improper handling, incorrect dry cleaning/washing methods, or normal wear and tear after the purchase has been completed.
- Always follow the specific care instructions or laundry tags attached to premium fabrics.
7. Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maharashtra, Indiaand any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
- We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to check our updated terms posted at the billing counter or on our official platforms.
