2. Orders & pricing

- We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud
- Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance until we confirm dispatch
3. Shipping & delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary by location and courier performance. Risk of loss transfers as per applicable courier terms after handover.
4. Returns, exchanges & RTO
Return/exchange eligibility depends on product condition, timelines, and our store policies communicated at checkout or after delivery. COD and prepaid rules may differ. Unreasonable refusal of delivery may attract RTO charges as applicable.
5. Payments
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (including COD where enabled). Prepaid discounts, if any, apply only to online payments.
