Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before making a purchase at our store:
​Original Bill Required: Presenting the original purchase invoice/receipt is mandatory for any exchange or inquiry.
​Exchange Policy:
​Products can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase.
​Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.
​Items purchased on clearance sale, festive discounts, or special offers are not eligible for exchange.
​No Cash Refund: We maintain a strict "No Cash Refund" policy. Sold merchandise cannot be refunded in cash; however, you may exchange it for other items or receive a store credit note.
​Altered Items: Garments customized or altered as per customer measurements cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.
​Physical Inspection: Customers are requested to thoroughly check the fabric and garments at the billing counter. We will not be liable for any physical damage or defects reported after leaving the store.
​Pricing & Taxes: All displayed prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
​Jurisdiction: All disputes, if any, are subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts only.
