- For customized clothing, customers are responsible for providing correct measurements and customization details.
- Customized or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged once production has started, except in cases of manufacturing defects or an incorrect product supplied by KSR Lifestyle.
- Orders will be processed after payment or advance payment is received.
- Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, customization and courier services.
- Customers should check the product upon delivery and report any damage or incorrect product within 48 hours with supporting photos/videos.
- Prices, offers and availability may change without prior notice. Confirmed orders will follow the price agreed at the time of purchase.
- KSR Lifestyle reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect information or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
