- Resellers are independently responsible for ensuring they have obtained proper legal consent from their customers before sharing end-customer data with Velvet & Vine.

We implement industry-standard technical, administrative, and physical security measures to safeguard your commercial and personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
6. Data Retention
We retain reseller information for as long as your reseller account remains active and as required to satisfy legal, accounting, tax, or regulatory obligations following account termination.
7. Your Rights & Contact Information
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, update, or request the deletion of your personal contact data, subject to contractual and legal record-retention requirements.
