2. Products & Pricing
• Hum koshish karte hain ki photos aur colours real ho, par phone screen ki wajah se 10% colour difference ho sakta hai. • Saare prices INR me hain aur bina bataye change ho sakte hain. • Sale price limited time ke liye hota hai.
3. Orders & Confirmation
• Order tabhi confirm mana jayega jab aapko confirmation email/WhatsApp aa jaye. • Hum kisi bhi order ko stock na hone ya galat pricing ki wajah se cancel kar sakte hain. Aise case me full refund 2-3 din me ho jayega.
4. Payment
• Hum Razorpay, UPI, Netbanking, COD accept karte hain. • COD pe extra Rs. 50 charge lag sakta hai aur Rs. 2000 se upar ke order pe hi COD available hai.
5. Shipping & Delivery
• All India delivery 4-7 working days me. • Delivery partner Delhivery / Shiprocket / India Post. • Bikaner, Rajasthan se dispatch hota hai.
6. Returns & Exchange
• 7 din ke andar return/exchange - product unused, tag laga hua aur original packing me hona chahiye. • Sale items, earrings, aur custom-stitched products return nahi honge. • Return ke liye order ID ke saath mail karein.
7. Intellectual Property
Website pe saare photos, logo "Sutra by Naina - Wear your Colour, Wear your Story" aur content humara hai. Bina permission copy karna mana hai.
8. User Conduct
Fake address, abusive language ya fraud karne pe hum aapka account block kar sakte hain.
9. Limitation of Liability
Humari liability sirf aapne jo amount pay kiya hai utni tak hi limited hai.
