📦 Delivery Time:
Once your order is confirmed, it will be dispatched within 24–48 hours. Delivery usually takes 5 to 7 business days depending on your location. Tracking details will be shared with you as soon as they are available.
❌ Order Cancellations:
Orders cannot be modified, changed, or cancelled once they have been dispatched from our facility. Please double-check your size and shipping address before making your payment.
⚠️ Mandatory Unboxing Video Policy:
To protect against transit damage or missing items, a continuous, unedited unboxing video is strictly mandatory for any return or exchange claims.
* The video must start before you open the package and show the shipping label clearly.
* It must be a single, uncut video showing the unpacking and a thorough inspection of the item.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges:
We accept returns or exchanges only in the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
* Any issue must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery along with your unboxing video.
* The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
* Once our warehouse team receives and verifies the item, your replacement or refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
Note: We do not accept returns or exchanges for personal preference, color shade variations due to screen lighting, or incorrect sizes chosen by the customer. Please refer to our size chart carefully before buying!
