Welcome to Haven Weave. By accessing or using our website, purchasing our products, or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully before placing an order.
1. General & Account Eligibility
Agreement: These terms govern all sales, site visits, and transactions executed through the Haven Weave platform.
Age Requirement: By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or that you have given consent for your minor dependents to use this site.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and passwords. Haven Weave reserves the right to terminate accounts or refuse service at its sole discretion if fraudulent activity is suspected.
2. Products, Craftsmanship & Sizing
Handcrafted Variation: Because our ethnic wear involves traditional weaving, dyeing, embroidery, and artisan techniques, minor variations in thread count, weave texture, print placement, and shade are natural characteristics of the craft rather than defects.
Color Accuracy: We strive to display fabric colors as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on monitor calibrations, screen settings, and studio lighting.
Sizing: Garment measurements are provided in our size charts. Customers are advised to consult these guides prior to ordering, particularly for tailored ethnic silhouettes.
3. Pricing, Orders & Payment
Price Changes: All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Applicable taxes and shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Order Acceptance: Receiving an order confirmation email does not signify our final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to limit quantities, correct pricing errors, or cancel orders arising from inaccurate stock listings.
Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and approved payment gateways. All transactions are encrypted and processed via secure third-party payment providers.
4. Shipping, Delivery & Returns
Fulfillment Timelines: In-stock items are typically dispatched within 2 to 4 business days. Made-to-order, customized, or hand-loomed ethnic pieces may require extended production times as noted on the product page.
Transit Delays: Haven Weave is not liable for carrier-side courier delays, customs holds, or force majeure events beyond our control.
Returns & Exchanges: Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact. Custom-stitched garments, altered items, and clearance sales are strictly non-returnable.
5. Intellectual Property & Governing Law
Proprietary Rights: All website content—including photographs, garment designs, branding, logos, graphics, and written copy—is the exclusive intellectual property of Haven Weave and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Limitation of Liability: Haven Weave shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or platform.
Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court in Patti, Punjab
