2. Product Information & Fabric Disclaimer
- Color & Display: We make every effort to display fabric textures, embroideries, and colors as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in shade or luster may occur due to device screen settings and studio lighting.
- Handcrafted Irregularities: Certain traditional weaves, handloom fabrics, prints, and embroideries may carry slight natural irregularities. These are characteristic marks of authentic craftsmanship, not manufacturing defects.
- Care Instructions: We strongly advise adhering strictly to the wash and care guidelines mentioned on the product label (such as dry-clean only for raw silks and brocades).
3. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable GST as indicated at checkout.
- We reserve the right to modify prices, discounts, and promotional offers at any time without prior notice.
- Payment must be completed in full at the time of order placement via authorized payment gateways (UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, or approved wallets) unless Cash on Delivery (COD) is explicitly enabled.
4. Orders & Shipping
- Order Confirmation: An order is deemed accepted only after payment verification and generation of an official order confirmation receipt.
- Delivery Timelines: Estimated delivery dates depend on your location and courier logistics. HindTex is not liable for delays caused by force majeure events, natural disruptions, or courier operational issues.
- Undelivered Packages: If a shipment fails to deliver due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, re-shipping fees will be applicable.
5. Return, Exchange & Refund
- Return Window: Requests for return or exchange must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Eligibility Criteria: Products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging with all brand tags intact.
- Non-Returnable Items: Customized tailoring, fabrics cut to specific non-standard meter lengths, and clearance sale items are strictly non-returnable.
- Refund Processing: Once the returned product passes quality inspection, refunds are processed back to the original source of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
6. Intellectual Property
- All brand assets, including the "HindTex" brand name, logos, product designs, banners, images, and text content, are the intellectual property of HindTex.
- Any unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of our visual or textual content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
- HindTex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website.
- Our maximum liability to you for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that specific transaction.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
